狗狗的眼睛在受到灰尘、毛发、粉尘、虫子或者飞蛾等异物刺激的时候，也会导致狗狗的眼角出现小红疙瘩。对此，主人需要仔细检查狗狗的眼睛，看是否有异物存在，如果有的话，可以用生理盐水冲洗狗狗的眼睛，让异物随着生理盐水流出。
